Dawat-e-Islami (Pakistan) is a globally recognized, non-political Islamic organization committed to spreading the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah across the world. It was founded on September 2, 1981, in Karachi, Pakistan, by the esteemed Islamic scholar Shaykh-e-Tariqat, Ameer of Ahl-us-Sunnah, Sheikh Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadri Razavi Ziyae (may his exalted blessings continue).
Sheikh Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadri - the driving force behind Dawat-e-Islami - is revered as a spiritual leader and scholar of the highest order. He founded Dawat-e-Islami with the guiding principle: "I must strive to reform myself and the people of the entire world." His vision was deeply rooted in spiritual purification, promoting unity, and elevating the moral and religious standards of Muslims globally. Through his leadership, Dawat-e-Islami has grown exponentially, inspiring millions to follow the teachings of the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (May Peace and Blessings be upon him & his household).

In addition to these services, Dawat-e-Islami operates Jamia-tul-Madinah Seminary branches for advanced Islamic studies, Madrasa-tul-Madinah for Quran memorization (Hifz) and recitation (Nazirah), Faizan Weekend Islamic Schools (Sunday Schools), and Dar-ul-Madinah Elementary Schools to ensure the Islamic upbringing of children.
Each corporation operates autonomously in its day-to-day affairs. However, since September 2, 2007, when guidance on religious matters is required, they may coordinate with Dawat-e-Islami Pakistan or with one another to ensure alignment with the teachings of Sheikh Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadri (may his exalted blessings continue).
